Q: I just installed a replacement flushmate 503 (purchased from you in January 2017), and the upper supply seems to let water bubble up through the top hole in the hex looking plastic nut. Is this an over-pressure issue? How to i stop the water from coming out of that hole?

A: Make sure that the duckbill valve and spring that are inside of this part aren't dislodged and make sure that the nut is tight. If that does not fix the problem I recommend that you contact the manufacturer warranty line as you may have received a defective unit. Q: i have this unit installed and it has lost pressure. does it need to be replaced entirely? can it be repressurized?

A: It depends on where you are losing the pressure. If you there is a crack in the system it will need to be replaced. If you are losing pressure from somewhere else you would only need to replace that part.
