Q: Installed Model #385-195 M101526-F4 Glacier Bay bought at Home Depot in 2012. The valve is broken. This model has been discontinued. We have a two piece toilet. Need to replace. What model can we buy? Toilet has a left handle and all parts are top of the flush tank. Do I need to buy a new toilet?

No, you do not need to purchase a complete toilet, there is a Flushmate Replacement Tank available.

To find the correct replacement tank you can start with the serial number which will look something like MMDDYY-F31-XXXX. We have a helpful identification tool under "Serial Numbers" on our website that will guide you to the correct system.
